Securities Class Clings To $39M Claim In WaMu Ch.11

Law360, New York (August 13, 2009) -- Plaintiffs in a securities class action against Washington Mutual Inc. have asked the bankruptcy court not to throw out their $39 million claim against WaMu, despite the company's argument that it's no longer liable because it was dropped from the suit.
