Cisco, Avaya Added To Visual Voice Mail Patent Suit

Law360, New York (August 14, 2009) -- Communications companies Avaya Inc. and Cisco Systems Inc. have been added to an infringement lawsuit over two patents for visual voice mail technology, bringing the total number of defendants in the suit to eight.
