Cablevision Off The Hook In Katz Patent Suit

Law360, New York (August 14, 2009) -- A federal judge has let Cablevision Systems Corp. off the hook in a patent lawsuit filed by Ronald A. Katz over a group of patents covering automated call processing systems, but has let Katz's claims against cable providers AOL LLC, TDS Telecommunications Corp. and Time Warner Cable Inc. stand.
