Microsoft, Southwest Hit Over Wireless Web Patent

Law360, New York (August 17, 2009) -- EMG Technology LLC has targeted three more companies in its latest infringement suit, accusing Microsoft Corp., Southwest Airlines Co. and Scottrade Inc. of infringing two patents dealing with touch screens for wireless devices used to access simplified Web sites.
