Law360, New York (August 18, 2009) -- The U.S. Department of Justice has reportedly decided not to challenge a federal appeals court ruling that will likely shorten the prison term for former Qwest Communications International Inc. CEO Joseph Nacchio.
A spokeswoman for the DOJ told Reuters and the Associated Press on Monday that the agency would not appeal. She declined to elaborate further....
