JPML Weighs Transfer Of Insurer, GeoStar Dispute

Law360, New York (August 19, 2009) -- The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation is considering whether to consolidate a case brought by Great American Insurance Co. against oil and gas exploration company GeoStar Corp. over directors and officers coverage with numerous other suits against the company alleging fraud associated with a horse-breeding scheme.
