Beazer Agrees To Pay Part Of $3.7M Cleanup In Pa.

Law360, New York (August 24, 2009) -- Beazer East Inc. has agreed to reimburse the commonwealth of Pennsylvania for nearly $2 million of the more than $3.7 million the state says it spent on cleaning up hazardous contamination at an old landfill in western Pennsylvania.
