Mass. AG Accuses Mylan, Others Of Medicaid Fraud

Law360, New York (August 26, 2009) -- Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley has accused Mylan Laboratories Inc. and other pharmaceutical companies of systematically reporting false and inflated prices for products purchased by the state's Medicaid program that resulted in millions of dollars in overpayments by taxpayers.
