Law360, New York (August 26, 2009) -- Finoc Design Consulting Oy has agreed to drop two more defendants — Zoom Technologies Inc. and Actiontec Electronics Inc. — from its suit accusing a slew of companies of infringing a patent for broadband data transmission technology, leaving only Motorola Inc. and one of its subsidiaries in the Finnish electronics firm's lawsuit.
Finoc filed two separate agreed motions to dismiss the companies Aug. 25 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas....
