Mallinckrodt Damages Limited In E-Z-EM Injector Spat

Law360, New York (August 26, 2009) -- A federal judge has slashed Mallinckrodt Inc.’s potential payout in a feud with E-Z-EM Inc. over medical injectors, barring the plaintiffs from seeking damages for indirect infringement based on the sale of syringes, conceivably for use with the injectors, that occurred before the suit’s filing in 2007.
