Law360, New York (August 27, 2009) -- A jury has awarded Versata Software Inc. nearly $139 million on its claims that SAP America Inc.'s Business Suite software infringes two of Versata's patents for pricing software — a decision SAP expects to appeal, a spokesman for the company said Thursday.
