NJ Home Depot Managers Lose Class Cert. Bid

Law360, New York (August 28, 2009) -- A federal judge has ruled that assistant managers at Home Depot USA Inc.'s New Jersey stores have not proved they were uniformly miscategorized and denied overtime pay for nonmanagerial tasks, nixing their request for class certification in a suit against the retail giant.
