Mexico To Open $600M Pipeline Plan To Private Cos.

Law360, New York (August 28, 2009) -- Mexico's state-owned oil company has announced plans to take bids from international private companies to build a $600 million natural gas pipeline to increase transmission capacities in the central and western parts of the country.
