St. Paul Not Off Hook For AOL Privacy Suits: 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (August 31, 2009) -- A federal appeals court has found that an online activities exclusion does not bar defense coverage for America Online Inc. and its subsidiary Netscape Communications Corp. in lawsuits alleging violations of Internet users’ privacy, reversing a ruling in favor of St. Paul Mercury Insurance Co.
