SanDisk Escapes Premier's IP Infringement Claims

Law360, New York (September 01, 2009) -- Computer memory technology firm SanDisk Corp. has reached an agreement with patent-holding company Premier International Associates LLC in a suit that accused SanDisk and two dozen other technology firms of profiting illegally from Premier's digital music-management inventions.
