Mylan Gets One Of Pfizer's Norvasc Patents Tossed

Law360, New York (October 19, 2006) -- The federal judge overseeing one of the patent battles over the market for Pfizer’s blockbuster blood pressure drug Norvasc has thrown out one of the two patents asserted by Pfizer when it brought the suit against Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. in 2002.
