NextCard, HSBC Settle IP Feud Over Online Credit

Law360, New York (September 04, 2009) -- A federal judge has closed NextCard LLC's patent infringement suit over online credit approval technology now that the company has settled with HSBC USA Inc. and HSBC North America Holdings Inc., the last remaining defendants.
