Bidz.com Asks For Sanctions In Bidding Scheme Suit

Law360, New York (September 08, 2009) -- Online auction business Bidz.com Inc. has asked a court to impose sanctions on a consumer who accused the company of misrepresenting the quality of its wares and using computer-generated “shill” bidders to drive up prices, saying the allegations are false and have likely damaged Bidz.com’s image.
