TriCor Indirect Purchasers' Attys Seek $22M In Fees

Law360, New York (September 09, 2009) -- Attorneys for indirect purchaser plaintiffs in a class action accusing Abbott Laboratories and Fournier Industrie et Sante of blocking generic competition for cholesterol drug TriCor have asked a federal judge to award them almost $22 million in fees — one-third of a $65.7 million class settlement fund.
