Guidant Cleared In Death Of Toddler With Pacemaker

Law360, New York (September 10, 2009) -- Guidant Corp., a subsidiary of Boston Scientific Corp., has been found not liable by an Indiana county jury in a wrongful death suit brought by the family of a 14-month-old girl who died in 2005 after a Guidant pacemaker was implanted in her heart.
