Mondis, LG Settle Computer Monitor Patent Suit

Law360, New York (September 11, 2009) -- London-based Mondis Technology Ltd. has settled a patent lawsuit it filed against South Korea-based LG Electronics Inc. over 10 patents related to computer monitor technology.

According to a stipulation the companies filed Sept. 10 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, all claims between the parties will be dismissed with prejudice...
