Law360, New York (September 14, 2009) -- Siemens Corp. has objected to a motion to modify the automatic stay in the Chapter 11 proceedings of Crescent Resources LLC that, if granted, would allow discovery to continue in a number of toxic tort actions pending in Florida against Crescent, Siemens and other companies.
