Ariz., Bristol-Myers Squibb Settle AWP Drug Case

Law360, New York (September 17, 2009) -- The state of Arizona has asked a court to dismiss Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. from multidistrict litigation accusing a number of pharmaceutical companies of scheming to artificially boost average wholesale drug prices, following a settlement agreement between the two parties.

In a motion to dismiss filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Arizona said Bristol-Myers and related entities Oncology Therapeutics Network Corp. and Apothecon Inc....
