TriCor Purchasers Seek To Finalize $65M Settlement

Law360, New York (September 21, 2009) -- A class of indirect purchasers has requested final approval of a proposed allocation plan for a $65.7 million settlement of a consolidated action accusing Abbott Laboratories and Fournier Industrie et Sante of blocking generic competition for the cholesterol drug TriCor.
