KPMG Fights For Docs In Fannie Mae Securities Suit

Law360, New York (September 22, 2009) -- Fannie Mae's former auditor KPMG LLP has urged a federal judge to enforce a document subpoena on the firm administering a $350 million settlement fund created by the mortgage giant to resolve civil fraud charges, saying the documents have a direct bearing on issues in a multibillion-dollar securities class action.
