Former Lehman Execs Sue Over Unpaid Wages

Law360, New York (September 22, 2009) -- Two former Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. assistant vice presidents have filed a putative class action adversary complaint in bankruptcy court alleging the investment giant improperly suspended severance pay after it sought Chapter 11 protection.
