ITC Says Sinochem Didn't Violate Coolant Order

Law360, New York (September 22, 2009) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has ruled that Sinochem Modern Environmental Protection Chemicals (Xi'an) Co. Ltd. did not violate a consent order it agreed to with Ineos Fluor Holdings Ltd., which had accused Sinochem of infringing a patent related to coolants.
