Trinity, Other Insurers Settle DR Horton Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (September 23, 2009) -- Trinity Universal Insurance Co. of Kansas Inc. has agreed to settle with some two dozen insurers — including American International Group Inc. unit American International Specialty Lines Insurance Co. and Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. — over defense costs incurred by Trinity in an underlying suit accusing contractor D.R. Horton Inc. of botching a construction project.
