DC Circ. May Keep Ban On Cable TV Agreements

Law360, New York (September 23, 2009) -- A federal appeals court has reportedly signaled that it may defer to the Federal Communications Commission’s decision that prohibited Cablevision Systems Corp. and other cable operators from using exclusive contracts to withhold certain TV programs from their rivals.
