Intel Can Argue Anticipation In WARF Case: Judge

Law360, New York (September 23, 2009) -- A federal judge on Wednesday refused Intel Corp.'s bid for reconsideration of part of an earlier summary judgment decision in a dispute with plaintiff Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation over the group's data patent, ruling that the court had not nixed the technology giant's anticipation counterclaims.

Judge Barbara B. Crabb of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin denied Intel's motion as unnecessary the same day it was filed....
