RTIH Sues Tronox In Effort To Get Out Of Contracts

Law360, New York (September 24, 2009) -- RTI Hamilton Inc. is trying to wriggle out of contracts to buy chemicals from a Tronox Inc. subsidiary and to build a $300 million titanium sponge production facility, claiming the bankrupt pigment maker never revealed how close it was to financial collapse.

RTIH filed an adversary complaint Wednesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, asking the court to declare invalid an agreement to purchase titanium tetrachloride...
