Law360, New York (September 25, 2009) -- Novartis AG and two generic-drug makers have agreed to dismiss without prejudice a total of four patent lawsuits in which the U.S. arm of the Switzerland-based pharmaceutical giant had said applications to make generic versions of the hypertension drug Lotrel infringed its patent.
