Alcatel-Lucent Patent Suit Targets Sears, Amazon

Law360, New York (September 25, 2009) -- Alcatel-Lucent USA Inc. smacked several companies — including Sears Holding Corp., Amazon.com Inc., QVC Inc. and Netflix Inc. — with a lawsuit on Friday, asserting six patents related to e-commerce and search engine technology.
