Photographers Try Again To Join Google Books Suit

Law360, New York (September 28, 2009) -- Several groups representing photographers and graphic artists have asked the federal judge overseeing Google Inc.'s proposed royalty settlement with authors and publishers to reconsider letting them intervene in the case, arguing that it remains unclear whether the controversial $125 million deal would include their members.
