Bankrate Asks Court Again To Toss Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (September 28, 2009) -- Bankrate Inc. has asked a federal judge to reconsider throwing out a set of antitrust allegations made by its smaller rival BanxCorp claiming Bankrate unfairly monopolizes the market for bank rate listing tables, in light of the judge's recent order compelling BanxCorp to amend its insufficiently pleaded complaint for the fourth time.
