US Sugar Workers Strike Deal In Buyout Dispute

Law360, New York (September 28, 2009) -- A putative class of U.S. Sugar Corp. employee shareholders is seeking court approval of a settlement of up to $15.9 million with the company and its executives over allegations that the agricultural giant rejected a lucrative buyout offer and kept it secret from the shareholders.
