Exelon To Exit Chamber Over Climate Change Policy

Law360, New York (September 28, 2009) -- Less than a week after Pacific Gas & Electric Co. revealed it had pulled out of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the chief of fellow utility Exelon Corp. said Monday that his company likewise planned to exit the lobbying group based on its efforts to block legislation to lower greenhouse gas emissions.
