10th Circ.: Not Sharing Facilities No Antitrust Violation

Law360, New York (September 30, 2009) -- A federal appeals court has ruled that a Colorado hospital did not break federal or state antitrust laws when it gave a single provider exclusive rights to in-house nephrology services, affirming a lower court's decision against an outside doctor who wanted access to the hospital’s kidney patients.
