Michael Vick Resolves Suit Alleging ERISA Violations

Law360, New York (October 01, 2009) -- NFL quarterback Michael Vick, who is back on the field after serving 18 months in prison on a dogfighting conviction, has agreed to pay at least $416,000 in restitution to a pension plan sponsored by his marketing company, MV7 LLC.

The $416,000 is Vick's estimate of the funds necessary to pay all plan expenses, including the costs of terminating the plan, and the accrued benefits of the other plan participants,...
