IP Holder Seeks To Boot MoFo As Yahoo's Counsel

Law360, New York (October 01, 2009) -- Intellectual property holder CIVIX-DDI LLC has asked a judge to disqualify Morrison & Foerster LLP from its representation of Yahoo Inc. in a suit alleging infringement of database access-related patents, contending that the firm improperly participated in a re-examination of the patents-at-issue and violated a protective order.
