Law360, New York (October 01, 2009) -- In an effort to target the re-emerging high-yield bond market in Europe, Allen & Overy LLP announced Thursday that it had snagged one of the market's veteran legal players, Kevin Muzilla, for its U.S. corporate finance practice.
Muzilla, who joins the firm from Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP, will come on board in Allen & Overy's London office beginning Monday, a firm spokesman said....
