Law360, New York (October 01, 2009) -- Satellite and networking systems producer ViaSat Inc. has announced that it will acquire privately held broadband service provider WildBlue Communications Inc. for $568 million in cash and stocks, in an effort to strengthen its place in the high-speed Internet service sector.
