Claims Cut In Collins & Aikman Suit Against Execs

Law360, New York (October 01, 2009) -- A federal judge has agreed to throw out securities fraud and other claims in a lawsuit by defunct auto parts maker Collins & Aikman Corp. against its former executives and auditors alleging they engaged in a misguided spate of acquisitions that led to the company's collapse.
