Law360, New York (October 02, 2009) -- Foley & Lardner LLP has hit former client DataTern Inc. with fraud, breach of contract and other counterclaims in a malpractice suit alleging the firm overcharged for legal services and failed to properly litigate a patent infringement case, arguing that the technology company refused to pay $1.6 million in fees and continued to use the firm's work even after it was booted from the suit.
