$1.4M Deal Approved In Visteon Graphite Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (October 02, 2009) -- A bankruptcy judge has signed off on a $1.4 million settlement in an antitrust suit brought by bankrupt auto parts supplier Visteon Corp. against French carbon and graphite company Le Carbone Lorraine SP, which has pled guilty to price-fixing allegations from U.S., European and Canadian officials.
