CitiFinancial Loan Officer Seeks Class Cert. In OT Suit

Law360, New York (October 08, 2009) -- A CitiFinancial Inc. loan officer has urged a federal judge to certify a class of several hundred co-workers in a suit accusing the mortgage lender of breaching labor laws by failing to pay overtime wages.
