Law360, New York (October 08, 2009) -- Nonprofit conservation group Trout Unlimited is urging the U.S. Supreme Court to take up a case in which the Ohio Valley Environmental Coalition claims the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers abused its discretion when it issued four permits allowing mountaintop mining outfits to fill headwater streams.
