Law360, New York (October 09, 2009) -- Security Insurance Co. of Hartford has asked the judge overseeing its case against Lubrizol Corp. over pollution at a Texas Superfund site for a continuance to file a motion to enforce a settlement agreement with Lubrizol, but Lubrizol said Friday there was no settlement deal and asked the court to schedule a trial.
Lubrizol filed opposition papers Friday in response to Security Insurance's Thursday motion for a continuance. The case is pending the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas....
