American Airlines Latest To Settle DataTern Lawsuit

Law360, New York (October 12, 2009) -- DataTern Inc. and American Airlines Inc. have asked a judge to approve the airline's dismissal from a database technology infringement dispute, making it the latest to join American Express Co. and Wells Fargo Corp. in settling out of the Texas-based patent holder's lawsuit.
