AT&T Employees Can Depose Ex-CEOs: Judge

Law360, New York (October 12, 2009) -- A magistrate judge has resolved all outstanding discovery disputes in a suit pending since 1998 over an AT&T Inc. pension benefits plan by permitting At&T's current and former employees to depose two of the company's former CEOs and to receive documents related to a special frozen annuity plan run by the company.
